About

My name is Barrett Wilkinson and I seek to partner with my clients, get into the weeds, and find solutions to people problems.

Comfort with the uncomfortable: with decades of experience in the field of people work (human resources, DEIA, restorative conflict resolution, and public health), I've probably heard and seen it all!

Confidentiality: I know what it means to be a safe and supportive collaborator who can provide reflection and honest feedback while continuing to share personal and professional spaces together.

No AI: People problems require real hearts and reflection. From me, you get the real work and collaboration, not a generic plan.

I Bring:

  • Expertise in workplace conflict resolution, employee relations, and cross-cultural restorative practices

  • Ideas for manager and administrator leadership coaching

  • Employee development planning including managing performance improvement

  • Strategic planning and turning the plan into tangible action

  • Work culture assessment and implementation for advancing workplace diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging programing (DEIB)

  • Training implementation roadmap for role-specific training and professional development

  • An evaluation plan to help you track and measure progress towards your goals

  • Hiring process design: creation and refinement of hiring process grounded in equity and competency based hiring

  • Useable project dashboards for our collaboration, with direct communication about the total cost of the project
